Commercial Air Systems Manufacturer
The President & General Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead a highly engineered commercial humidification business with full P&L accountability and responsibility for long-term strategic growth. This executive will oversee sales, marketing, engineering, operations and technical services while driving transformation of the business from a respected product manufacturer into a broader healthy air and humidity controls platform. The role carries significant enterprise impact through expansion into adjacent markets and channels, advancement of commercial sophistication and operational discipline and leadership of scalable growth initiatives across a matrixed industrial organization.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of senior leadership experience within engineered industrial, HVAC, indoor air quality or related building systems environments, with a track record of delivering profitable growth and leading complex manufacturing businesses. This leader combines strong commercial and operational acumen with experience managing multi-channel sales models, scaling organizations and driving strategic transformation. Deep expertise in P&L leadership, operational excellence and commercial strategy is essential, along with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style that balances entrepreneurial growth with organizational accountability and enterprise alignment.
