The Director of Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead a high-volume manufacturing facility supporting two flagship product brands within a growing, private-equity backed industrial platform. This executive will oversee end-to-end plant operations across manufacturing, distribution, safety, quality and continuous improvement, with responsibility for driving operational performance across a workforce of approximately 500 employees. The role carries significant enterprise impact through advancement of Lean manufacturing initiatives, optimization of plant efficiency and leadership of operational and cultural transformation efforts that support long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience across complex, high-volume industrial environments. He most recently served as Americas Operations Director for a global industrial coatings manufacturer overseeing four manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Mexico and Argentina. In this role, he led end-to-end operations across production, supply chain, logistics and continuous improvement for a regional business generating approximately $200M in revenue, while driving operational transformation, Lean manufacturing initiatives and digital improvement strategies. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of improving operational performance, enhancing service levels, reducing costs and leading large manufacturing teams across technically complex environments. Earlier leadership experience included senior operations and site leadership roles, where he managed large-scale manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, engineering and capital investment while driving measurable gains in productivity, delivery performance and operational efficiency.
