POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing all accounting, finance and business process improvement functions across a growing manufacturing organization. This executive will lead financial reporting, treasury, cost accounting and compliance activities while driving operational scalability through ERP optimization, automation and standardized processes across manufacturing and commercial operations. The role carries significant enterprise impact through partnership with executive leadership on capital allocation, operational performance and long-term growth initiatives including expansion and M&A activity.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience within manufacturing, agribusiness or other commodity-driven industries, with deep expertise in cost accounting and operational finance. This leader combines strong technical accounting capability with hands-on operational and strategic acumen, and has a track record of improving systems, processes and organizational performance. Experience supporting growth-oriented or privately held businesses is preferred, along with a leadership style that drives accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across complex operating environments.
