POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Chief Supply Chain Officer will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and leading the end-to-end global supply chain across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, quality, engineering and operational excellence. This executive will oversee a complex international network of 20+ production facilities and drive enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen performance, scalability and resilience. The role carries significant impact through alignment of supply chain capabilities with growth objectives, capital investment planning and integration of acquisitions, while advancing operational performance across safety, quality, service, cost and productivity.
The ideal candidate brings extensive global supply chain leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments such as ingredients, food, chemicals or pharmaceuticals, with a track record of leading multi-site operations across North America, Europe and Asia. This leader combines strong operational expertise with financial acumen, driving continuous improvement through lean and disciplined execution while supporting innovation and expansion. A proven ability to build high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership is essential, along with a hands-on leadership style suited to dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
