POSITION SUMMARY

The Head of Marketing will serve as the senior marketing leader, guiding brand evolution and customer engagement across a multi-channel retail platform during a period of digital advancement. Reporting into executive leadership, this role owns the end-to-end marketing agenda spanning brand, digital, communications and customer experience, with a mandate to strengthen market presence and drive measurable return on investment. The position carries broad impact through integration of physical and digital channels, advancement of marketing technology and elevation of storytelling and customer journeys to support sustained commercial performance.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership within retail or consumer brands, including experience leading integrated, multi-channel strategies. This executive combines brand stewardship with performance marketing expertise, leveraging data, analytics and emerging technologies to inform decisions and improve outcomes. A track record of building and developing high-performing teams is essential, along with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
