The Vice President, HR Services & Technology will define and execute the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and operating model for HR Services and HR Technology, serving as the operational and technological backbone of HR delivery. This leader oversees HR service delivery, payroll, policies and compliance, HRIS, analytics, and HR project management, ensuring consistency, scalability, and an enhanced employee experience across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role balances enterprise-wide governance with the needs of individual business units, translating strategy into clear priorities and disciplined execution. As a highly visible culture champion and change leader, this executive partners closely with HR peers, IT, finance, and business leaders to enable sound decision-making and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive enterprise HR leadership experience, with a proven track record leading HR services and HR technology functions. This collaborative leader excels at influencing senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and building strong governance models that support both compliance and business outcomes. They offer deep knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and HR systems, paired with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive improvement and change. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment and a hands-on, continuous improvement mindset are strongly preferred.
