POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial & Operating Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a strategic partner driving financial rigor, operational excellence, and scalable growth. This executive will lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, and cash management while ensuring compliance and transaction readiness within a private equity backed environment. In parallel, the role will oversee supply chain operations, including third party logistics providers and contract manufacturing partners, building systems and processes that support margin expansion and service reliability. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial & Operating Officer will align financial insight with operational execution to enable disciplined growth and long term value creation.
Our placement brings more than 15 years of progressive finance and operational leadership experience within complex consumer packaged goods organizations. She most recently served as CFO of a multi-channel manufacturer, importer, and distributor, where she rebuilt financial infrastructure, strengthened cash management, optimized working capital, and drove sustainable, cash generative growth. Her background includes senior commercial finance and supply chain finance leadership for billion-dollar enterprises, with direct oversight of FP&A, cost optimization, inventory strategy, 3PL and distributor networks, and contract manufacturing relationships. She has successfully operated in high-growth and investor-backed environments, building financial discipline, implementing scalable systems, and aligning cross-functional teams around margin expansion and service reliability. Strategic yet hands-on, she combines analytical rigor with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while driving profitability and operational performance.
