POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead end to end supply chain operations across a growing manufacturing and distribution network. This executive will oversee procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, warehousing, planning, and EHS, defining and executing a multi year supply chain strategy aligned with aggressive enterprise growth objectives. The role carries responsibility for driving operational excellence, footprint optimization, supplier partnerships, and digital transformation while scaling capacity to meet surging demand in fast growing end markets. As a key member of the leadership team, the Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer will partner cross functionally to support innovation, acquisition integration, and the company’s trajectory toward multi billion dollar scale.
Our placement brings more than 20 years of progressive global supply chain and manufacturing leadership experience across large scale industrial and technology driven environments. He most recently served as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for a publicly traded, high growth organization exceeding $2.5B in revenue, where he built and structured a regional supply chain to support rapid expansion, including the launch of six new manufacturing facilities. His background includes executive oversight of complex multi site networks across North America, Europe, and Asia, with full P&L responsibility up to $600M and leadership of global footprint optimization, ERP implementation, Lean transformation, and large scale restructuring initiatives. He has consistently delivered measurable improvements in cost, service, safety, and working capital while enabling double digit growth and scaling operations toward multi billion dollar capacity. A strategic yet hands on leader, he is known as a respected change agent who aligns organizations around clear objectives, develops high performing teams, and builds durable supply chain infrastructure to support long term value creation.
