POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain will provide enterprise-wide leadership across global manufacturing and end-to-end supply chain functions, with accountability for safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, this executive will oversee a multi-site global footprint and the majority of the organization’s headcount and operating spend. The role carries a clear mandate to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and scalable systems that position the business as a low-cost, high-value leader in its category. This leader will serve as a critical business partner to the executive team, aligning operations strategy with commercial and financial objectives.

He has led enterprise-wide operations for global businesses exceeding $3B in revenue, with accountability across manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, quality, safety, engineering, and customer service, overseeing extensive global footprints and the majority of organizational headcount and spend. His track record reflects deep expertise in Lean transformation, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and system scalability, including modernizing decentralized networks into integrated, high-performing operating models. A financially astute and commercially aligned leader, he has partnered closely with executive teams to support growth, integration, and long-term value creation, while building strong teams, developing talent, and driving sustainable performance improvement through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
