The President of North America, Blue Division, will lead a multi-billion-dollar North American business with full accountability for operations, sales performance, product management, and P&L execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will provide visible, hands-on leadership across a large, distributed operating footprint while driving operational excellence, organic growth, and integration of acquisitions. The role carries broad responsibility for strategic planning, execution rigor, and talent development, with a mandate to strengthen accountability while preserving a deeply relationship-driven culture. This is a high-impact leadership position with clear exposure to enterprise strategy and future CEO succession.

He has a proven record of transforming complex, underperforming operating units into top-performing businesses, materially improving margins, strengthening execution discipline, and modernizing distribution and logistics networks. His experience includes leading enterprise-wide M&A strategy and integration, overseeing major ERP and WMS implementations, and building scalable operating models that support sustained growth. Known as a hands-on, relationship-driven leader, he is equally credible with frontline teams and senior executives and brings a strong track record of developing talent, driving accountability, and delivering results without compromising culture.
