POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief R&D Officer will lead the global R&D organization with responsibility for product and process development, quality, and regulatory functions that enable differentiated innovation and competitive advantage. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, this executive will leverage recent investment to elevate the function toward breakthrough innovation and accelerate growth impact. Leading a global team across the US and Europe, the CRO sits at the center of the company’s ability to win in the market and scale future innovation.
