Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the cooperative in advancing its mission, strengthening member value, and positioning the organization for long-term success in a dynamic domestic market. Reporting to the member-elected Board of Directors, this executive sets strategic direction, oversees commercial and operational performance, and serves as the primary public representative of the cooperative. The role balances governance, commercial leadership, and stakeholder engagement while fostering a strong, values-driven culture rooted in cooperative principles.
