Position Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the company’s entire product lifecycle, from vision to implementation, by translating business plans into innovative and strategic actions. Essential to this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with business, operations, and commercial leaders, alongside other stakeholders, to drive product development and align with strategic business, product, and technology objectives. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for integrating and advancing next-generation technologies and products for the company.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in technical leadership positions, preferably with experience in cooling or HVAC solutions. They will have a demonstrated track record of success leading an R&D group with a reputation for top-notch innovation and margin enhancement, establishing immediate credibility. Of critical importance, this individual must be viewed as a key business partner, one with outstanding business instincts and leadership skills. They should be a natural leader and a true team player who excels in developing strong working relationships across the organization.
