Position Summary:
The Chief Supply Chain Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. They will be responsible for architecting the Supply Chain strategy as a distinct competitive advantage in driving continued growth and performance. They will be in charge of integrating and reinventing all aspects of supply chain over the next few years and improving capabilities that drive Omni-channel growth, industry leading service levels, and exceptional customer experience while optimizing cost-saving opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of supply chain experience including senior leadership roles working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leaders. They must have the ability to work on critical strategic initiatives to facilitate the effective and profitable growth of the company. The successful candidate must have previously demonstrated the ability to implement and upgrade a supply chain function and successfully oversee an international supply chain organization.
