Position Summary:
The President, head of Group Protection will provide executive strategic leadership to lead group protection strategy, sales & distribution, and operations functions.
Responsible for overseeing a $2 Billion P&L consisting of group life insurance, disability, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and voluntary/worksite products.
The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic business plans which will support group protections and profitability initiatives and deliver meaningful business results while managing a total headcount of over 2000 employees.
