Position Summary:
This position will be a member of the senior leadership team and also the Integrated Supply Chain leadership team. This executive will be responsible for driving the supply chain to a low cost, high value-added position within the industry.
Work with other senior leaders to ensure efficient management of end-to-end supply chain initiatives across all operations including manufacturing, engineering, demand management, supply management, distribution and transportation management, order fulfillment, maintenance and customer service
Directly responsible for the performance management, engagement and career development of direct staff. Works with plant management and other senior leaders to ensure that all employee and labor relations activities are consistent with policies and total rewards objectives.
