Position Summary:
The Vice President and Treasurer is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of key finance functions, including treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and investor relations.
The newly appointed Vice President and Treasurer is a strategic partner and advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and possess broad-based leadership skills that will impact all areas of the company. The executive has a solid understanding of a wide range of finance and accounting-related activities and functions including, but not limited to, treasury, FP&A, general corporate finance, credit, leasing, financial risk management, M&A and business development, tax, and other finance-related matters applicable to a growing public company.
Our candidate possesses 15+ years financial management and leadership experience.
