POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Snacking will lead a $1B+ multi brand snacking portfolio with full P&L ownership, reporting to the President of a major consumer packaged goods business unit. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing portfolio and category strategies that drive balanced growth across revenue, volume, profitability and market share. The role oversees brand positioning, innovation strategy and commercialization while leading a team of senior marketing and innovation leaders. Working across the enterprise, the Vice President will revitalize established categories, unlock new growth platforms and ensure strong alignment across marketing, supply chain and commercial functions.
 
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience within global consumer packaged goods organizations with a progression from marketing and strategy leadership into full commercial P&L ownership. This executive will have a proven track record of revitalizing mature brands, translating consumer insights into portfolio transformation and delivering measurable growth across complex multi brand businesses. The successful leader combines strong financial acumen, commercial instinct and deep consumer understanding with the ability to operate entrepreneurially within a large organization. Equally important, this individual will be an inspiring people leader capable of building high performing teams and driving marketing excellence across global markets.
