Position Summary:
The Vice President, Operations is a key executive role, providing strategic direction for four of the company’s seven plants as well as sourcing and supply chain for this $750 million division of a large public global diversified industrial company. This role owns and facilitates the development of the strategic plan, promotes change leadership, and drives accountability for key operating metrics to meet customer fulfillment needs and overall satisfaction. This role reports directly to the President and sits on the executive leadership team.
Our placement has a world class manufacturing background across multiple industries including automotive, aerospace and general industrial. He has led multiple sites throughout his career many different times, has developed strong partnerships between the various manufacturing sites and core suppliers in his region, and has been exposed to just about every manufacturing environment possible.
