The Vice President of Digital Transformation will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives by integrating data, systems, and digital tools across operations, sales, and customer engagement, including ERP/CRM system upgrades, cloud migration, data analytics implementation, field service digitization through mobile and IoT technologies, and customer-facing digital solutions like eCommerce expansion. The ideal candidate brings 10-15 years of experience leading digital transformation or IT functions in industrial or distribution environments, with proven success implementing enterprise system modernization projects, strong understanding of service-based workflows and integrated data architectures, and excellent change management and stakeholder communication skills. This leader will develop and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap, build cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience while fostering a culture of continuous digital adoption in a values-driven, family-run business known for integrity, humility, partnership, and innovation.
