Position Summary
The Executive Vice President, California is responsible for providing leadership to direct one of the organization’s largest geographies on a full P&L basis. Working closely with the CEO and COO, this role will drive strategic priorities and long-term vision. This executive is charged with promoting and strengthening a fast-paced, high-energy, customer-focused work environment that encourages efficiency and high performance. This individual is expected to be the driving influence in nurturing a cohesive, collaborative executive leadership team and a highly motivated workforce.
Successful Placement
Our placement has over 20 years of industry experience, most recently overseeing a $6.7 billion P&L and managing relationships with over 2,000 retailers. She is a sales-focused executive with operational responsibilities and a track-record of hitting company targets, previously responsible for preparing and presenting Regional financial and sales results monthly to the ELT and CEO. While in this role, she successfully onboarded over $50 million of new business.
