The Vice President & General Manager will report to the Division President and will have full P&L accountability for a $250 million+ business. His/her mission will be to drive an operational and cultural turnaround to vastly improve throughput and facilitate growth of the business.
The chosen candidate will develop the business strategy with initial emphasis on significantly improving the business’ operations to one that is efficient, with a goal to approach world-class standards. This includes the immediate need to eliminate bottlenecks, drive operational efficiencies, and implement lean principles.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and transformative business leader with a strong background in operations for highly customized, high-mix low-volume engineered equipment. They must have demonstrable experience driving impactful and measurable change as the P&L leader.
