Position Summary
The Vice President, Fraud, Waste & Abuse will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness, operational performance and internal governance. This executive will oversee complex programs, establish performance standards and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement. The role will partner across functions to enhance processes, strengthen accountability and build the capabilities needed to support a large, complex organization.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, operations, analytics or related disciplines, including experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. A background in highly regulated environments, enterprise process improvement and third-party relationship management is preferred. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical judgment and executive communication skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach to improving performance, strengthening organizational capabilities and driving execution.
