POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Finance will report to the Chief Financial Officer and serve as the senior finance leader for a $1B+ global business segment, partnering closely with the Segment President to drive financial performance and strategic decision making. This executive will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting and operational finance across multiple business units and geographies, with accountability for pricing discipline, capital allocation and performance management. The role carries significant enterprise impact through elevation of finance as a proactive business partner, strengthening financial transparency and supporting growth initiatives including acquisitions, integration and portfolio optimization.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within global manufacturing environments, including prior responsibility for a large business unit or segment. This leader combines strong analytical and operational finance expertise with experience in forecasting, cost management and strategic planning, and has a track record of influencing senior business leaders in complex organizations. Experience supporting M&A activity, driving performance improvement and operating within disciplined, process-driven environments is essential, along with a collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams and partners effectively across a matrixed enterprise.
