POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Vice President, Supply Chain reports to the CEO and serves as a key member of the Leadership Team, leading supply chain management, procurement, and supply chain strategy while partnering closely with the Manufacturing Leader (a peer) to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective supply of food products. This executive drives operational excellence through executing supply chain planning processes, leading monthly IBP/S&OP cycles, developing inventory optimization strategies, overseeing procurement and category management, and creating operations network strategies that support growth objectives and total delivered cost reduction.
 

The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of supply chain leadership in food/beverage manufacturing with demonstrated success across planning, logistics, and procurement. Having transitioned from a large, well-established company to an organization requiring process and systems development, they bring proven experience building high-performing teams, developing end-to-end supply chain strategies, and strengthening cross-functional alignment while driving measurable improvements in service, working capital, inventory performance, and supply chain cost.
