POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Vice President, Research & Development leads a global team shaping innovation strategy across product development, process improvement, quality, and regulatory functions to support long-term growth. Reporting to the CEO, this executive is a critical business partner working alongside commercial, supply chain, and operations leaders to translate consumer and customer insights into scalable, differentiated solutions. The SVP plays a central role in advancing innovation, strengthening technical capabilities, and enabling competitive advantage across a broad and focused portfolio (where the company holds dominant market positions).
