Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This executive will be responsible for the strategy, design, execution, and management of the Company’s digital and cross-channel initiatives.
Major areas of responsibility include: Internet, Intranet, authenticated / unauthenticated sites, Online Banking, Money Movement, online sales and mobile/tablet banking. This also includes channel governance, process engineering, shelf-space management, content management, channel goal setting, strategic planning, initiative prioritization, digital channel analytics, technology, and industry trends.
