Position Summary:

This executive will be responsible for the strategy, design, execution, and management of the Company’s digital and cross-channel initiatives.


Major areas of responsibilities include Internet, intranet, authenticated / unauthenticated sites, online banking, money movement, online sales, and mobile/tablet banking. This also includes channel governance, process engineering, shelf-space management, content management, channel goal setting, strategic planning, initiative prioritization, digital channel analytics, technology, and industry trends.
