The Senior Vice President is accountable for end-to-end service and operations excellence across all business lines. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the entire customer lifecycle by providing service excellence through the delivery of consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions. The Senior Vice President is also responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the strategic and operational functions including contact center, claims and benefits administration, inforce administration, licensing, compensation processing, solutions and optimization.
Our placement previously served as Vice President of Operations and Customer Service for a well-recognized insurance company. In that role, he led enterprise-wide customer service for the federal employee program which includes claims, operations analytics, and workforce management.
