POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Operations will report to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain and lead one of the organization’s most strategically important manufacturing operations, overseeing a $1.5B+ manufacturing campus and multi-site footprint supporting significant growth and demand expansion. This executive will be responsible for operational performance across manufacturing, engineering, materials, quality, EHS and facilities while driving large-scale transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital manufacturing and Smart Factory capabilities. The role carries substantial enterprise impact through stabilization and optimization of critical operations, development of long-range capacity strategies and advancement of automation, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives that support scalable growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings significant manufacturing leadership experience within large-scale, complex industrial environments, with a proven track record of leading operational turnarounds, organizational transformation and high-growth manufacturing operations. This leader combines deep expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and management operating systems with experience implementing digital manufacturing, automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Strong operational intensity, executive presence and people leadership capabilities are essential, along with the ability to balance strategic planning, capacity expansion and workforce development with hands-on execution and daily operational problem solving.
