The President will lead the organization through critical transformation following 15 years of rapid growth, holding full P&L accountability for the company and subsidiary businesses. Reporting to the parent company’s President of Commercial Markets and the Board, this executive will professionalize operations for scale while preserving client-centric responsiveness, delivering operational stabilization, driving sustainable growth and revenue diversification, and guiding cultural evolution toward accountable, performance-oriented practices. Key responsibilities include leading acquisition integration, developing multi-year strategic plans, rebuilding confidence with distribution partners, advancing digital transformation and technology excellence, establishing capital investment strategy with rigorous ROI accountability, evaluating operational synergies with the parent company, and developing leadership teams to support national expansion beyond the regional base.
Our placement brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare administration, insurance and healthcare services platforms, most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of a private equity-backed integrated health plan and TPA organization. In this role, he led significant operational transformation and enterprise growth initiatives, scaling revenue from approximately $30M to $90M while expanding the platform into a national claims-paying organization operating across all 50 states. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of leading operational modernization, driving profitability improvements, executing strategic acquisitions and building scalable, performance-oriented organizations across complex healthcare environments. Earlier leadership experience included senior executive roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City and a national surgical services platform, where he oversaw large-scale operations, strategic investments and multi-entity healthcare businesses.
