Position Summary:

 

The President will lead the organization through critical transformation following 15 years of rapid growth, holding full P&L accountability for the company and subsidiary businesses. Reporting to the parent company’s President of Commercial Markets and the Board, this executive will professionalize operations for scale while preserving client-centric responsiveness, delivering operational stabilization, driving sustainable growth and revenue diversification, and guiding cultural evolution toward accountable, performance-oriented practices. Key responsibilities include leading acquisition integration, developing multi-year strategic plans, rebuilding confidence with distribution partners, advancing digital transformation and technology excellence, establishing capital investment strategy with rigorous ROI accountability, evaluating operational synergies with the parent company, and developing leadership teams to support national expansion beyond the regional base.

 

The ideal candidate brings substantial P&L leadership experience from health insurance TPA, ASO, or healthcare services with deep expertise in self-funded employer markets and claims administration. This executive has successfully professionalized multi-entity businesses through operational transformation and culture change, implemented scalable technology platforms and disciplined processes, and executed strategic plans delivering sustainable growth through organic expansion, partnerships, or revenue diversification. They balance subsidiary autonomy with enterprise collaboration, effectively leveraging shared capabilities while maintaining operational agility and business unit performance.
