Position Summary:
The President, Medicare is a broad and impactful executive role. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the executive team, responsible for the Medicare business segment. This executive will define and execute on a strategic direction for the Medicare business while ensuring operational results are delivered that align with the organization’s financial, growth and quality goals as well as its mission and purpose.
Our placement has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has deep industry experience growing and understanding Medicare businesses. She has been responsible for over $3 billion in P&L, has led operational functions including sales, marketing, compliance, regulatory and medical management. She has been highly effective in driving change management across multiple organizations.
