Position Summary:
The President of the Life Insurance Division will provide executive strategic leadership to lead the company’s Life Insurance business including the Life Division’s Strategy, Sales & Distribution, Operations, and Finance functions.
The executive will lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategic business plans which support the Life Division’s growth and profitability initiatives and deliver meaningful business results.
The chosen candidate has over 15+ years’ of experience and has demonstrated success in transformational leadership and building a results-oriented culture that will be of immense value to our client in driving enhanced performance in their Life Insurance Division.
