Position Summary:
The President & General Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day operations for the entire business including, but not limited to, sales, marketing, engineering, human resources, finance, production, planning, quality, safety, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operations and commercial background, with a focus on project business in a Lean or 80/20 manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include full P&L management for a 500,000 square foot manufacturing facility and a commercial office.
The executive will possess a minimum of 10 years of successful GM experience ($50 million+ revenue) with full functional and P&L responsibility. He or she will also possess a strong operations background with a minimum of 10 years developing and implementing manufacturing strategy. The President & General Manager position is based in the Southeast.
