Position Summary:
The President is a member of the Executive Management Team Executive Committee (ECM) and will be responsible for the overall management, strategy, growth of a $60M book of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with insurance carriers to execute local carrier strategies, while collaborating with other local offices in the region to leverage scale and strategize with carriers. The President oversees value creation, strategic planning, and budgetary processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15+ years of Insurance Brokerage leadership experience and be a business acquisition leader who understands the “art and science of the deal” while also running a significant P&L. He/she will be a strategic leader who also possesses the ability to be a tactical, hands-on executive responsible for leading a high performing team and driving growth across a number of different product lines.
