Position Summary
The President will have full P&L responsibility for one of its largest and most profitable global business units. This individual will oversee all operations and have responsibility for the strategy and tactical direction of the business, especially focused on commercial and operations activities, EBITDA improvements, and delivering against growth objectives.
Our placement will work collaboratively with the senior management team in defining the plans for optimizing business/financial performance, implementing key strategies to achieve those financial objectives, and establishing a proper and disciplined measurement of business results. The executive will be “hands-on”, working with the team to accelerate revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies relevant to a manufacturing environment, to maximize profit and ensure the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction along the way.
