Position Summary
The President will have complete P&L responsibility for the approximately $70 million business, headquartered in the Greater Chicago area. Direct reports include a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Sales & GM-Retail, Vice President Manufacturing, and Vice President Supply Chain.
The executive will work collaboratively to execute growth strategies and accelerate new product development, while delivering year-over-year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
Successful Placement
Our placement is a general management executive with a strong track record spanning P&L leadership, marketing and new product development across consumer and commercial products businesses. Most recently, they led the Americas division of a global manufacturer, turning the business around within a year to become its most profitable and fastest-growing region, with EBIT growth outpacing revenue growth. Earlier in their career, they held full P&L responsibility for a multi-hundred-million-dollar business unit within a larger manufacturing organization, profitably growing revenue through new product development and landing major big-box retail partnerships, building a career-long track record of driving growth and margin improvement through innovation and channel expansion.
