Position Summary:
The President will have complete P&L responsibility for the approximately $70 million business, headquartered in the Greater Chicago area. Direct reports include a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Sales & GM-Retail, Vice President Manufacturing, and Vice President Supply Chain.
The executive will work collaboratively in executing growth strategies and accelerating new product development, while delivering year-over-year EBITDA improvement through continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
