Position Summary:
The ERP Consulting Market Leader will be responsible for creating and executing the ERP Consulting Services strategy in the region, with a focus on large and mid-sized businesses. S/he will successfully execute revenue and productivity strategies while leading a team across multiple locations, driving consistent, profitable growth of a least 20% each year.
The Director will help lead, manage and grow the Chicago-based ERP team (currently 20 people) and play a key role in the advancement of the firm’s ERP capabilities, both in terms of messaging to the market and preparing the Firm’s people to be ready to deliver.
The successful candidate has at least 10-years of experience participating in team-based, client-facing business consulting. They have sold, championed and lead consulting services to drive dozens of successful ERP and business transformation initiatives.
