The Managing Director will lead business development and portfolio growth for a specialized real estate lending platform, reporting to the Head of Institutional Real Estate. This executive will be responsible for originating, structuring and closing complex corporate banking loans including construction and bridge financing while developing long term client relationships across the institutional real estate ecosystem. The role carries responsibility for executing the division’s strategic growth plan, expanding a targeted book of business and supporting the bank’s broader lending and deposit objectives. Working closely with credit leadership and senior management, the Managing Director will also represent the organization in the market and contribute to strengthening its presence among developers, sponsors and real estate investment partners.
