Position Summary:

The Head of Strategic Partnership Business Development is a newly created role and the successful candidate will be a highly visible enterprise leader focusing on impacting a growth initiative. The successful candidate must be a growth-oriented executive and will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new strategic partnerships with major brands and affinity organizations to acquire new life insurance customers. The ideal candidate will champion all facets of business development in growing this new distribution/customer acquisition channel.

 

The Head of Strategic Partnership Business Development will possess a minimum of 10 years of successful management experience with at least five years of relevant business development experience in insurance or financial services. He/she will have a proven track record for developing and executing new business plans to acquire B2B accounts. The successful candidate must possess demonstrable experience of growing and expanding strategic partnerships and the executive presence to create relationships across the enterprise to help drive complex initiatives by leveraging the talents of other members of the executive team.
