Position Summary:
The Head of Treasury Management is responsible for leading and growing the company’s treasury management team. This executive will lead the company’s treasury and cash-management strategies, as well as ensure that the appropriate areas within the treasury management team are leveraged to the fullest in order to ensure a complete customer experience. Reliability, speed, security and a deep understanding of the broad customer makeup are key areas of focus for this position.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial banking, with a background in leading a treasury management sales function. They must possess a high level of knowledge developing a new treasury management business and expanding existing business relationships with a broad range of commercial clients. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for leveraging their expertise around customer working capital management practices, payment systems, and associated products and services to meet the ongoing and future client needs.
