POSITION SUMMARY
The Head of Technology will report to the Chief Financial Officer and serve as the senior technology executive responsible for enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, data and analytics, cybersecurity and business systems across a national construction platform. This executive will lead the development and execution of a multi-year technology roadmap focused on modernizing enterprise applications, advancing AI and analytics capabilities and strengthening field-to-office connectivity while ensuring technology investments support operational excellence, business growth and long-term scalability. The role carries significant enterprise impact through integration of enterprise systems, enhancement of data-driven decision making and alignment of technology strategy with corporate and operational priorities.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development or similarly complex field-based organizations. This leader combines deep expertise in enterprise applications, digital transformation, business systems and data strategy with a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP modernization, systems integration and AI-enabled technology initiatives. Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational change, improve field and office connectivity and build scalable technology capabilities is essential, along with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style that balances strategic vision with disciplined execution and business-first decision making.
