POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head of Supply Chain, Americas will oversee manufacturing (spanning multiple sites), supply chain planning, logistics, and customer service reporting to the President and to the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer. This executive will develop and execute a comprehensive turnaround plan focused on transforming plant performance across quality, service, and cost while improving demand planning, mitigating operational risks, and driving safety and sustainability initiatives.
 

The ideal candidate will possess 20+ years of progressive leadership in food manufacturing with deep expertise across (multi-site) manufacturing operations, planning, logistics, and customer service. This hands-on, people-focused executive brings a proven track record leading transformational turnaround work, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, and delivering measurable improvements in multi-site manufacturing environments. They excel at developing talent, creating cultures of operational excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally in matrix organizations to restore confidence and drive renewed investment.
