Position Summary:
The Head of Supply Chain and Operations will partner with the CEO to lead the future end-to-end supply chain strategy that supports the company’s growth aspirations.
The new leader will be a succession consideration for the Chief Executive Officer role. As such, personal development will focus on general management capability and strategic business leadership.
Our placement has over 25 years of progressive senior-level experience in the food industry, with the past 5 years focused on strategic and commercial leadership. His expertise across all supply chain and operations functions include manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution, R&D, product strategies, product life cycle, and customer service. He is a well-rounded leader with proven success building out high performing organizations.
