The Head of M&A and Strategy will work closely with the CEO and Executive leadership team to lead the strategy to develop and implement a framework for the financial impact analysis and decision around M&As. One of this executive’s major objectives is strengthening the company’s competitive position and profitable business expansion through strategic market analysis, evaluation, and realization of targeted mergers and acquisitions.
The Head of M&A and Strategy will lead the identification and execution of selective M&As to enhance the product portfolios to support growth and external positioning in the marketplace. This person is responsible for transaction execution and coordination of the M&A process for assigned deals.
The successful candidate will have 10 to 15 years of M&A, corporate development, strategy, or business development experience with a highly regarded global industrial organization, top-tier strategy, or transaction advisory services firm.
