Position Summary:
The Head of Innovation will be responsible for leading the Claims Innovation function including establishing the vision and strategic imperatives to improve member experience by identifying and piloting new technologies to expedite and personalize the claims experience.
The Head of Innovation will focus on driving innovation in the claims process and integrating them with the company’s execution technologies teams and will create practical and impactful claim solutions and lead development and introduction of innovation to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
The successful candidate has 10 or more years of progressive related experience and past experience utilizing AI and ML to drive innovation.
