The Head of Diversity will serve as a senior-level change agent, thought-leader, influencer, and subject-matter expert on inclusion-related issues.
Develop and lead strategies, initiatives, and operating plans to create an inclusive business culture and sustain/drive organization progress, including integration of diversity into key business initiatives; attraction, retention, and development of an engaged workforce; internal and external communication measurement and accountability.
