Position Summary:
The Consumer Digital Leader will be responsible for leading a high performing team and partnering with business Executives across the enterprise, to continue to transform the company’s digital consumer experience. This position will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be expected to contribute as a thought partner and leader across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
Our placement previously served as Chief Digital Officer for a diversified financial services company, where he led a team of 150 FTE across design, digital operations, product and financial wellness. He steadily rose through the organization and was the youngest leader to sit on the executive committee. During his tenure, he developed third party partnerships, especially within the fintech space to drive CX and a complete overhaul of the digital front end experience.
