Regional Banking Organization
The Consumer Digital Leader will be responsible for leading a high performing team and partnering with business Executives across the enterprise, to continue to transform the company’s digital consumer experience. This position will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be expected to contribute as a thought partner and leader across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight to 10 years of digital/technology management and a proven track record of independently setting digital strategy and delivering results. The successful candidate will be a digital native with a clear understanding of digital technology and consumer trends as well as a proven ability to leverage the skills and capabilities of all team members to both deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients and achieve the team’s financial and strategic goals.
