Position Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and optimizing the overall operation for the business with revenue approaching $300 million. With full P&L responsibility over business lines, this individual will provide the strategic vision, overall direction and leadership to the management team and workforce with the goal of generating maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with proven track record of transforming cultures to deliver above market performance and superior financial results. This executive will have 15 years’ related experience in a leadership role with oversight of multiple cross-functional leaders and their teams. Succession capabilities are paramount.
